Insolvency law

We provide legal services in the GCC for bankruptcy administrators from Germany and other European countries. We have a solid track record on advising and supporting bankruptcy administrators on administering and recovering assets as well as on the enforcement of claims against third parties who received unjustified assets or payments from the insolvency estate.

Dr. Ghassan worked for almost ten years in the field of German bankruptcy law (administration & recovery) and lectured insolvency law at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

Dr. Ghassan also advises creditors and debtors in the field of the UAE insolvency law.

Asset protection

Based on our practical experience in bankruptcy proceedings in Europe combined with more than twelve years practical legal experience in the UAE, we provide clients residing in Europe as well as in the UAE with custom made asset protection solutions.
